Council Rank, leaders of the entire Community.

Each commands a division that has its own responsibilities, sets goals, handles agendas, signs off on promotions and have the outright responsibility for the actions and activities of everyone in their division.

The divisions are as follows:

  • Division of Trade

  • Division of Mining and Gathering

  • Division of Logistics

  • Division of Military Affairs

  • Division of Communications

  • Division of Crafting and Science

Not so much day to day business, neither for any single game nor for the community at large.

A director works by looking at the big picture, assigning policies, goals, projects and events. They are responsible for making sure the community stays healthy and growing, that ideas and suggestions are heard from all corners of their division.

Even if we do not promote quality of play over quality of social interaction, Directors are responsible for setting a minimum viable quality in terms of communication and performance within their division. It should allow for both casual and hardcore members but make sure that both can play in an environment they can enjoy.

Directors also are in charge of all administrative tasks beyond the game. Including but not limited to:

  • Social Media

  • Branding

  • Marketing

  • Content Creation

  • Patreon

  • Events

  • Giveaways

  • Reports

  • Taxation of any income

  • Server hosting
